Built on Better Remodeling and Reliable Service in Katy, TX
Dima Contracting was built from firsthand experience with the challenges property owners can face during a renovation. Before establishing our business in 2020, our founder worked in real estate, renovating and flipping homes while coordinating projects with other contractors. Inconsistent workmanship, poor communication, and disappointing project experiences showed us there had to be a better way to serve property owners.
Instead of accepting those frustrations, we began managing renovation work directly. As other homeowners and property owners saw the results, they started asking us to bring the same hands-on approach to their projects. Those opportunities grew into Dima Contracting, an owner-operated general contractor serving Katy, TX, and the western Greater Houston area.
Today, we bring approximately 15 years of industry experience to home remodeling and renovation projects. Bathroom remodeling is a major focus of our work, but our capabilities also include kitchen renovations, cabinetry, custom showers, tile, and flooring. Whether we are transforming one room or coordinating several improvements, we start by listening to the customer.
We believe your renovation should reflect your home, priorities, and the way you actually use the space. That is why we develop personalized plans instead of relying on one-size-fits-all solutions. We pair quality craftsmanship with thoughtful project coordination and consistent communication so you can stay informed as your renovation moves forward.
We proudly work with homeowners, new homeowners, families updating older properties, real estate investors, realtors, landlords, property managers, and customers preparing homes for sale. Many homeowners we serve have lived in their properties for more than a decade and are ready to make their spaces work better for the next chapter.
Our local roots and hands-on experience continue to shape the way we work. When you choose Dima Contracting, you get dependable service centered on listening, communication, and workmanship from a team committed to bringing your remodeling plans to life.
